LANTA LLC
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lanta LLC Warehouse Management System portal located at wms.lantallc.com (the “Portal”), operated by Lanta LLC, a Maryland limited liability company at 889 Airport Park Rd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
1. Eligibility and Account Access
Access to the Portal is limited to authorized users of Lanta LLC's warehouse and transportation services, including warehouse customers, drivers, and Lanta LLC staff. Accounts are provisioned by Lanta LLC administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Portal to:
- View and manage your inventory stored at Lanta LLC facilities
- Schedule and manage dock appointments
- View and pay invoices for warehouse services
- Connect e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) for order fulfillment
- Access driver dispatch assignments and documents (drivers only)
You may not use the Portal to access data belonging to other customers, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, or engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activity.
3. SMS Notifications
By opting in to SMS dispatch notifications through the Driver Portal, you consent to receive operational text messages from Lanta LLC. These messages are sent only when a load is assigned to you and contain dispatch details only. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your settings in the Driver Portal. For full details, see our SMS Consent Policy.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We maintain strict logical data isolation between customers — your inventory, invoices, appointments, and documents are accessible only to you and authorized Lanta LLC staff.
5. Intellectual Property
The FlowOps by Lanta Portal software, including all features, systems, and processes, is proprietary to Lanta LLC and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal solely for the business purposes described herein. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Portal software.
6. Suspension and Termination
Lanta LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment of invoices, or discontinuation of warehouse services. Upon termination, your access to the Portal will be disabled.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PORTAL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. LANTA LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANTA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PORTAL, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
10. Changes to These Terms
Lanta LLC may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
