1. Who Sends These Messages

SMS messages are sent by Lanta LLC (SCAC: LAPM), a licensed freight broker and warehouse operator located at 889 Airport Park Rd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. Messages are sent from a dedicated business number registered through Twilio, Inc.

2. Who Receives These Messages

SMS notifications are sent exclusively to truck drivers and owner-operators who are registered in the Lanta LLC Driver Portal at wms.lantallc.com/driver-portal.html and who have explicitly clicked the opt-in button shown below.

Warehouse customers (shippers) and administrative staff do not receive SMS messages through this campaign.

3. Call to Action (CTA) — Live Opt-In UI

The following is the exact opt-in banner displayed to every driver upon login to the Lanta Driver Portal. Drivers must actively click “Yes, Text Me When Dispatched” to consent. No SMS is sent until this action is completed.

Lanta LLC will send you SMS notifications when you are dispatched for a load. Messages include pickup #, drop #, location, and scheduled time. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. View our Privacy Policy.

This banner is displayed to unenrolled drivers upon every login until consent is given. Clicking “Yes, Text Me When Dispatched” records timestamped consent in our system.

4. How Consent Is Recorded

Driver logs in to the Lanta Driver Portal at wms.lantallc.com/driver-portal.html
The opt-in banner is displayed if the driver has not yet consented
Driver clicks “Yes, Text Me When Dispatched”
Consent timestamp and driver ID are stored in Lanta LLC’s secure database
No SMS messages are sent prior to this action
Driver may opt out at any time by replying STOP or via the portal dashboard

5. Message Content and Frequency

Messages are sent only upon load assignment — when a Lanta LLC dispatcher assigns a freight load to a driver. Each message contains:

Pickup number
Delivery (drop) number
Pickup location and address
Delivery location and address
Scheduled pickup time and delivery time

Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity (0–10 messages/week). No marketing, promotional, or bulk messages are ever sent.

6. Sample Messages

Lanta LLC: Load assigned. PU# 4821 / DR# 7034. Pickup: 889 Airport Park Rd, Glen Burnie MD — 5/18 at 8:00 AM. Delivery: 1200 Commerce Dr, Baltimore MD — 5/18 by 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.

Lanta LLC: You're now subscribed to dispatch notifications. You'll receive a text each time you're assigned a load. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Lanta LLC: You have been unsubscribed from dispatch notifications. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.

7. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS from Lanta LLC — you’ll receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
Driver Portal: Log in and click “Opt Out” in the SMS status bar on your dashboard.
