FlowOps by Lanta — Customer & Driver Portal

The FlowOps by Lanta Portal at wms.lantallc.com is a cloud-based warehouse management platform that gives Lanta LLC's warehouse customers real-time visibility into their inventory, dock appointments, order fulfillment status, and invoices — all through a secure, private login.

The portal also powers our Transportation Management System (TMS), enabling automated driver dispatch with SMS notifications sent only to drivers who have explicitly opted in through the Driver Portal.

Why We Built FlowOps by Lanta

FlowOps by Lanta grew out of years of running our own warehouse. We kept wishing for one all-inclusive system that simply worked, scaled with us from a small startup to a full 3PL, and that we could actually afford. Most warehouse software either costs a fortune, forces you to bolt on a dozen separate tools, or stops fitting the moment you grow.

SMS Notifications

Lanta LLC sends one-way operational SMS dispatch notifications to truck drivers and owner-operators who have explicitly opted in through the Lanta Driver Portal. Messages are triggered only upon load assignment and contain operational details: pickup number, drop number, location, and scheduled time. No marketing messages are ever sent.

Consent is collected at login through the Driver Portal. Drivers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating their notification preference in the portal.
