FlowOps for Claude
Ask Claude about your warehouse in plain English. It checks stock, stock moves and Shopify orders in FlowOps. With your approval, it can also receive stock, ship stock and mark orders fulfilled.
Connect it
Claude on the web, desktop or mobile
FlowOps by Lanta is listed in Claude's connector directory.
- Open FlowOps by Lanta in the Claude directory, or search the directory for FlowOps, and choose Connect.
- Sign in with your FlowOps account, review what Claude will be able to do, and choose Allow.
You can also add it by hand: in Claude, open Customize → Connectors, choose Add, and add a custom connector named FlowOps with https://wms.lantallc.com/mcp as the URL. Then sign in and choose Allow as above.
Claude Code

Then run /mcp in Claude Code and sign in with FlowOps when it asks. Teams that use FlowOps API keys can connect with a key instead:

Who can connect, and what they get

Claude always acts as the person who connected it. It sees only what that person can see in FlowOps.

- "Which SKUs are at or below their low-stock threshold?"
- "How many units of SKU 4471 do we have, and where are they?"
- "Show the last 20 stock moves for SKU 4471."
- "Which Shopify orders haven't been fulfilled yet?"
- "We just received 200 units of SKU 4471 on PO 8812. Record it."
- "Mark Shopify order 1043 as fulfilled."
Safety and privacy
- You approve every change. Receiving or shipping stock and fulfilling orders are marked as changing data, so Claude asks before each one.
- Claude gets only what it asks for. FlowOps sends Claude the results of the tools it calls. FlowOps doesn't receive your Claude conversations.
- Access ends when you say so. Disconnect FlowOps in Claude's connector settings at any time. Deactivating a FlowOps user, or suspending a workspace, cuts off their Claude connection immediately.
- Short-lived sign-in. Sign-in tokens last one hour and renew automatically for up to 30 days of use. FlowOps stores them only in hashed form.
